Out of Hours Safeguarding Contacts

If you have a safeguarding concern about a child, we are here to listen and support you.

Our Safeguarding and Pastoral Team are available during term time:

• Monday–Thursday: 8.30am–4.30pm
• Friday: 8.30am–3.30pm

Please note that school email inboxes are not monitored outside these hours, including evenings and weekends. If a child needs immediate help or protection, please contact the appropriate service directly rather than waiting for a response from school.

If a child is in immediate danger or at risk of serious harm:
Call 999 and ask for the Police.

For a non-emergency Police concern:
Call Kent Police on 101.

For concerns about a child's safety or welfare:
Contact Kent Children's Services (The Front Door) on 03000 41 11 11.

Outside normal hours, including evenings and weekends:
Call Kent Children's Services on 03000 41 91 91.

If your concern is not urgent, please contact our Safeguarding or Pastoral Team during normal school hours. We are always happy to listen, support families and help ensure concerns reach the right professionals.
